Terms and Conditions
The lead member making the booking must be 21 or over and the villa may only be occupied by those named on the booking form.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking. Once this is accepted the booking will be confirmed.
The final payment covering the full rental fee and security deposit must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the rental commencement date. If payment is not received by then the deposit will be forfeit. Full payment is required on booking if it is made within 6 weeks of start date.
Method of Payment
All payments are to be by cheque to Fran Nevett and are accepted once clearance is confirmed.
In the event of cancellation the deposit will be lost. Should cancellation occur after the final payment has become due then the whole amount will be forfeit and the balance if any will be payable in full. We strongly recommend you take out insurance on or before booking to cover any unforeseen events.
A deposit of £150 is required to cover any loss or damage to villa and its contents both internally and externally. The renter accepts full responsibility for any loss which is not limited to the amount of the deposit.
Occupancy is limited to those named on the booking form. The villa will be available from 4pm on the first day. The villa must be vacated by 10 am on the final day.
When vacating the villa it should be left in a clean and tidy condition although it will be given a comprehensive clean by the managing company for the next occupier. All crockery and cutlery should left clean.
This villa is the holiday home of the owner and we respectfully request you treat the property as if it were your own.
We have a no smoking policy within the villa.
We want you to have fun and have an enjoyable holiday but please respect the neighbours and do not play loud music or make excessive noise early morning or late at night particularly outside.
It normally takes 4 to 5 hours for our cleaners to prepare the villa for the next occupants. In the event the villa is left in a condition requiring additional cleaning we reserve the right to retain a sum equivalent to £10 per hour from the deposit for the extra time required.
The owner takes no responsibility in excess of the rental fee whatsoever regardless of the problem.
The renter is solely responsible for all travel arrangements.
Our local representative is responsible for cleaning and maintenance including regular pool maintenance and will require access to the villa, garden and pool room to perform their duties. Any problems should be immediately reported to them for early resolution.
The pool is an essential part of holiday enjoyment but young children should be supervised at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for any incidents resulting from use of the pool.
No pets are permitted at the villa.
We have provided various contacts for car hire, flights and other services but give no guarantee as to the provision of those services. You must satisfy yourselves on the suitability of the suppliers.
All information is provided in good faith.
A safe is available for your convenience. A key is available from the managing agent on payment of a deposit. No responsibility is accepted for any loss from the safe.
The owner and its managing agents will not accept any liability of any matter beyond their control.
